World Champion Tony Gemignani Opens Slice House in Longmont OCT 3rd— It's One of the Best Pizzas on Earth.
Front Range Pizza | October 2026
Longmont just got a serious upgrade to its pizza scene. Slice House by Tony Gemignani will officially opened its doors at 725 Harvest Moon Dr. on October 3rd 2026, bringing a lineup of championship-caliber pies to the north end of the Front Range — and it arrives with credentials most pizzerias can only dream about.
If the name Tony Gemignani doesn't ring a bell yet, it will. The man behind Slice House is a 13-time World Pizza Champion, and this isn't hometown hype: 50 Top Pizza, the Italy-based guide widely regarded as the authority on global pizza, just named Slice House the 5th Best Pizza in the world for 2026. Fifth. On the planet. Now open fifteen minutes from your front door.
What's Coming Out of the Oven
What sets Slice House apart is range. This isn't a one-note shop. The menu spans New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit styles — four distinct schools of pizza that most places wouldn't dare attempt under one roof, let alone execute at a championship level. Whether you're a thin-and-foldable New York purist or you live for the crispy, cheese-to-the-edge corners of a Detroit square, there's a slice here with your name on it.
You can browse the full lineup of whole-pizza styles here before you go — fair warning, it's hard to pick just one.

Focus on Quality
By Front Range Pizza
The wait for Slice House in Longmont will stretch a little longer. The Tingus Group, the operating team behind the forthcoming location, has rescheduled its opening to early October, citing a commitment to getting the experience right before welcoming its first guests.
The delay, according to the operators, is a deliberate one. Rather than rush to hit an earlier date, the team says it's using the additional time to fine-tune the menu, the space, and — most importantly — the crew that will run it.
"We'd rather take a little extra time and open the right way than rush and cut corners," said Dean Crescenzi of the Tingus Group. "Longmont has been so welcoming, and we want our first impression to be exactly what this community deserves."

Two Launch Deals Worth Knowing About (Through Oct. 31)
As part of the Longmont debut, Slice House is running a pair of specials this month, and both are the kind of thing we'd tell a friend about:
"Twice the Slice" Lunch Deal — $12.99. Monday through Wednesday, 11am–3pm, you get a buy-one-get-one slice plus a side Caesar and a fountain drink. In-store only, and frankly one of the better weekday lunch values we've seen on the Front Range.
"Fall Into Flavor" — $49.00. A 20" New York pizza (cheese, pepperoni, or veggie), three meatballs, eight wings, and a Caesar. Enough to feed the table, available in-store and online.
Both deals run through October 31, and both are honored at the Loveland location as well, if that's closer for you. Craving one now?
You can order online through Slice House here.
